Enviroparks Hirwaun is currently in the process of establishing a Community Liaison Community Interest Company (CIC) with representatives from the company and the local communities to help us administer the environmental benefits that Enviroparks will be bringing to those communities.

Enviroparks will be making a contribution of 25p a tonne for the next 10 years to be used on community sustainability projects, and the CIC will decide collectively how this will be best spent.

The CIC will meet on a monthly basis to discuss issues on a formal basis, with an agenda and minutes produced for public scrutiny.

The CIC will also provide a forum for communication between Enviroparks and the local communities, sustaining our company policy of open and honest communication.
