Inaugural Meeting of Liaison Group

The inaugural meeting of the Enviroparks Hirwaun Liaison Group was held on the evening of 6th November at Rhigos Community Centre.

The meeting was attended by 10 prospective group members including two Directors from Enviroparks, members of the local Community Councils and local residents.

The agenda focused on appointing officers and to start the selection procedure to choose two independent industry professionals that will provide expert impartial advice through the Liaison Group to address any future concerns that may arise from local residients.

This open and honest approach by Enviroparks was welcomed by residents and is indicative of the proactive approach to community relations championed by the company.
